You don’t need the bill of rights.

The bill of rights is not needed to protect your liberty

First of all “the Constitution” and its Bill of Rights, originally applied to federal citizens and not to the people of the several states. Prior to 1925, no one within the states yapped about the Bill of Rights. They relied on the Common law and Constitution of their respective state.
Secondly, the Bill of SOME Rights are political rights and since they are incorporated by the unconstitutional 14th Amendment, they can be unincorporated by the whims of the de facto Congress.
The fact of the matter is, “the Constitution” as if there is only one constitution in the Union, was “fundamentally altered” by the War of 1861. Today, people simply fantasize about a constitutional order that does not exist.
